​​​​Rocco Rosa is a corporate and corporate finance law expert, with extensive experience in M&A and extraordinary transactions.

 

He advises clients on the purchase and sale of equity participations and business units, including in the context of investments and divestitures by investment funds, and on ordinary and extraordinary financial transactions.

 

He provides consultancy on governance, directors liability, and general corporate matters.

 

He is also active in the commercial and real estate sectors.

 

He handles corporate and commercial disputes and represent clients before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.

 

He is frequently involved in cross-border transactions and matters.

 

He holds a Law degree with honors from the University of Bari and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University, New York. He is admitted to practice in Italy and New York State.

 

Before joining Laways, he was a partner at prominent Italian law firms. His prior professional experience includes working in New York in the corporate department of a leading U.S. law firm.
