​​​​​​Giacomo Pedretti has substantial experience in corporate, M&A, commercial, and insolvency matters.

 

He handles commercial, corporate, and employment disputes, and represents clients in proceedings before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.

​

He also advises on the preparation of filings and other documents in connection with insolvency proceedings. 

 

He holds a Law degree from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and is admitted to practice in Italy. He is a member of the Modena Bar Association.

 

He completed his academic education with a master’s degree in business law, during which he also obtained the certification of Privacy Matter Expert.
