After practising at a primary Milan law firm, he founded and practised for many years at Studio Albertini.

 

His main practice areas are corporate law, commercial law, with particular reference to M&A transactions, business contracts (joint ventures, financing, tenders, etc.).

Also an expert in real estate law, he acts for major Italian and foreign groups, to which among other things he advises on the creation and development of commercial chains of national importance.

He also advises on competition, consumer and privacy matters. 

 

He provides assistance in commercial, corporate and competition legal proceedings before ordinary courts, regulatory authorities and arbitartion tribunals.
