Giovanni Albertini practices primarily in the areas of corporate law and commercial law, with particular reference to M&A transactions and business contracts (joint ventures, financing agreements, construction contracts).

He is also a real estate expert, advising Italian and foreign groups, among other things, in connection with the creation and development of nation-wide retail chains.

 

He advises on competition law, consumer protection, and privacy matters.

 

He represents clients in proceedings before ordinary courts, market regulators, and arbitration tribunals in commercial, corporate, employment, and competition disputes.

 

He graduated with honors in Law from the State University of Milan and is admitted to practice in Italy.

 

He began his professional career at a leading Milan law firm and subsequently founded Studio Albertini, which later merged into Laways Avvocati Associati.
