He was a partner at Traverso & Associati until 2010 and at Scorcelli, Rosa & Partners until 2016, when he joined Laways Avvocati Associati.

 

His main practice areas are finance and insurance, in which he advises clients on contractual and regulatory matters, as well as commercial, with particular reference to the constructions industry. He represents banks and financial intermediaries incontentious matters, in and out-of-court and in arbitration proceedings.

 

He is a regular consultant to the Association of Consumer Credit and Mortgage Lending (Assofin) since foundation in 1992 and a member of the supervisory committees of fund management companies in compulsory liquidation. 

 

Author of works on banking and financial law and co-author of the “Consumer Credit Manual”.
